Returns

Free Returns for all Australian Orders (except for items on sale)

We will accept returns (except items on sale) for either a credit, refund or exchange. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. You must contact us by email (info@sliceavenue.com) and we will provide you with a free shipping label to return the items.  

Any returned items must be in a saleable condition. You cannot return any items that have been washed or worn unless they are faulty, and all tags must still be attached. Unfortunately visors/hats cannot be returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If the returned items do not meet this criteria the refund will be declined and the items will be returned to you. 

We will process your credit/ exchange within 5 business days of receiving your items.  Please also note the e-gift card policy below. 

Returns for International Orders (except for items on sale)

We will accept returns (except items on sale) for either a credit, refund or exchange for international orders. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. You must contact us by email (info@sliceavenue.com) to advise you would like to return the items.  You must cover the cost of shipping for returning the items, unless they are faulty. 

Any returned items must be in a saleable condition. You cannot return any items that have been washed or worn unless they are faulty, and all tags must still be attached. Unfortunately visors cannot be returned in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If the returned items do not meet this criteria the refund will be declined and the items will be returned to you. 

We will process your credit/ exchange within 5 business days of receiving your items.  Please also note the e-gift card policy below. 

Refunding e-gift cards

For item(s) paid by both E-gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your E-Gift Card as store credit.

Faulty Items

Please contact us via info@sliceavenue.com immediately you become aware that an item is faulty. In order to assist this process, you may be required to send us photograph/s so we can assess the fault. We may then ask for more information to process your claim.

If the product is confirmed to have a fault, you can choose to either have a replacement item, refund or online store credit. We will require that you return the defective or faulty item to Slice Avenue by post at our expense and we will contact you to provide further information regarding this process. In some circumstances, you may be instructed to dispose of the defective or faulty item in which case we will provide you with instructions to do so.

Please note that we may not be able to offer a replacement or exchange on some Products if there is no longer stock available.

Excluded Goods

Returns and exchanges will not be provided on the following types of merchandise, except in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  1. Hats/ Sun Visors;
  2. Items marked as items on ‘sale’ can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Consumer Guarantees

This Policy is not intended to replace or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe an item purchased from us is defective or faulty, you may have rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where there is a major fault with the item you may choose a refund, exchange or repair and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality and this failure does not amount to a major failure. Where an item is damaged through misuse, we cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Certain legislation including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth), and similar consumer protection laws and regulations may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of goods or services to you by us which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. 

Our liability is governed solely by the ACL, this policy and any terms and conditions specified on our Website.

If we need to cancel your order, we will provide a refund

If we need to cancel an order as we are unable to fulfil it, we will provide you with a full refund. We will however contact you prior to ask if you would like a replacement or substitution. 

We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for our Products, including, but not limited to, where an order appears to be by resellers or distributors without permission. 

We do not provide refunds except as in accordance with our returns policy and as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
